This is a full-time investing role based in San Francisco. This person will be part of the Agriculture Team and be responsible for leading financial underwriting/deals analysis across relevant investment opportunities and integrating assets into our ecosystem of operating partners and technical services teams. Responsibilities: Conduct bottom-up property and asset surveys to understand risks and values, and work with agricultural partners and technical service teams to make property-level operational decisions Take the lead in screening new investment opportunities and completing transactions Help negotiate purchase and cooperation terms Looking for new investment opportunities in agriculture and agribusiness Establish relationships with new operating partners and transaction initiation channels Cooperate with the wider Ag team and the wider Sixth Street investment platform as needed Assist the group’s specific daily farms and agribusiness operations
