Liaison with customer for up selling and cross selling. • Handle customer queries. • Manage and resolve customer complaints. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information Required Skills: • Good communication skills • Active listening skills • Strong convincing skills • Client handling skills • Fluency in English & Hindi
